Professional Weight Coach
Nicky Hammond is a mindset weight loss coach who helps mum change from the inside out so they can create a body they love, permanently. She works with moms who feel out of control around food and dissatisfied with their body. Nicky teaches women how to feel in control around food so they can be happier, healthier and more confident in all areas of their life.
Nicky hit rock bottom when she realised her years of over-achieving and search of happiness from external factors wasn’t providing the satisfaction in life she was looking for. She was miserable and turned to out of control eating for comfort. Nicky started working with a life coach. She worked on her physical well being and felt healthier than ever before. She worked on her mental health and got to a place where she felts so much better. These days Nicky is living her dream. She lives a perfectly imperfect life with her husband, 2 children and crazy dog in the Northern Beaches of Sydney. She is a Coach Instructor at the Life Coach School. She is passionate about working one on one with women and empowering them to be healthier, happier and more confident.
