Who is looking after you?

As mums, we often make our kids a priority and we forget to take care of ourselves.

I did it. (I occasionally still do.) I didn’t prepare healthy food. I didn’t exercise. I didn’t take time to do things that created joy.

Instead, I worked really hard to make sure my kids were happy.

We often don’t allow ourselves to take the time and space we truly need because we feel guilty.

What happens is we don’t lose weight, we end up burning out, we end up feeling resentful, we run out of patience and compassion for our kids. Even though our kids are foremost on our mind we don’t show up as the best mums we can be.

When we take the time to infuse ourselves with self care. When we can show ourselves compassion, then we show up with kindness and patience. We have even more to give our kids.

If you are struggling to lose weight and you want to learn how to lose weight with compassion, permanently, maybe it’s time to give yourself a Christmas gift.

I have created a special Christmas weight loss program to help you prepare for the silly season.

The events – I can help you feel in control around food.
The stress – I can teach you a new way to deal with all those emotions and create emotions that are useful.
The planning – I can help you find more time AND get organised ahead of time.
Your body – I can give you tools to lose weight and I guarantee results or I’ll give your money back.
There is still time to sign up!

Jump on a call, schedule a free mini session with me so I can help you uncover more obstacles preventing you from currently losing weight. I will give you some tips to take away so you can start making positive changes in your life and I can tell you more about my weight loss program.

I am phasing out my free mini sessions next week, so if you have been sitting on the fence wondering, do it!
