So many mums who are struggling with their weight tell me they can’t say no.
They have a weakness for pasta/ potato crisps/ chardonnay/ pizza/ cookies/ cheese…
For me it was chocolate.
It feels like you can’t say no.
It feels like this, because that’s how your brain was designed.
You are deigned to seek food to keep you alive.
And then you brain cleverly goes into automation.
Before you know it you are cleaning up the aftermath of the food or drink you just ate, but wished you hadn’t.
I get it.
Now I understand that there is nothing wrong with our brains.
But it doesn’t have to be this way.
I’m in the process of creating a free resource to help you say “no”.
If you are interested to receive this resource, send me an email here and I’ll make sure you are one of the first to receive it!
